Crystal Pyramid Productions is a professional organization, timely, and generous with their knowledge. Not only did they have all the equipment we needed for a successful production shoot, they also offered the info we weren’t knowledgeable enough to know to ask. Great follow up, timely on the day of shoot, and great with people in front of a camera for the first time in their lives. Crystal Pyramid Productions did a great job for us; the quality of their product reflects well on our team.

At the last minute I found out our event planner had not ordered a number of items for our shoot. I asked them where I might find the stuff in San Diego. They took care of everything themselves! Also, our schedule changed two days before the shoot – no problem! They made all the necessary adjustments and the shoot went off without a hitch. I love how Mark always refers to a shoot as: we’re having fun, playing! What a great attitude!

I hired Crystal Pyramid Productions for a two day shoot in San Diego and could not have been happier with the whole experience. They are professional, responsive, and extremely creative. Each took the time to make each of the subjects we filmed feel comfortable and it really helped bring out the best in the interviews.
